When giving anything other than a 5 star review, it would be appreciated if the requester left feedback so the writer may improve. Giving a rating of 4 stars or less with no feedback or reason, leaves the writer hanging and wondering why.....

Only gave me 3 stars and didn't leave any review. I am 3 years into a communications degree and researched the article well. I wouldn't work for this guy if you want to keep your rank

In my opinion it would be good to explain your reasons if you give just 3 stars. I usually get 4 or 5 with the same quality of writing. Leaving the review blank and just rating with 3 stars isn't helpful. 

I recant my previous rating. Requester did leave reasons for original rejection which I did not notice (some minor spelling errors). After I fixed them was able to resubmit and then was approved. Thanks
