| Hello! My name is Laura and I currently reside in Sunny Florida. I have 20 + years in customer service relating to sales, customer satisfaction and conflict resolution. Further more, I am experienced ( 9+ years) in Proofreading/editing. Further still, I have 6+ years in data entry/retrieval. I enjoy my work and pride myself in accurate, expedient and quality work for each and every client. I maintain a personal professional standard that mandates I discern each contracted task in detail. If I feel I would be unabe to provide quality, expedient and accruate work I will decline the project. I prefer to be honest rather than endeavor to perform the task that fails to meet my standard of quality or that of my client. |
