I was looking for an article on "home brewing step by step instructions". I do like the background research, but would prefer to have a clear method of instructions on how to brew at home.

It's not what I was after, there are some grammatical errors and the quality that I need is not there. Not sure why you wrote about wedding cakes as that was not the point of the article. Thanks for giving it a go.

There are some sentences that don't quite make sense and did not flow well, but will be usable after some editing. I appreciate the writer going the extra mile to make sure everything was covered though.
