| When I was a child, my parents offered me a plastic typewriter, and when I shortly after learnt touch-typing, I got a real one. Not an electric, of course, but one of the old-fashioned ones. So I was almost born writing, and I still love it. I've had more than 25 books published in Denmark through the publishing house Libris (former IDG), and I've continued to write articles and eBooks in English. Lately, we've opened a PLR Store that has already attracted loyal customers. When I'm not writing, I'm either reading, watching movies or playing Rift online. I've played World of Warcraft for 2 1/2 years, but I grew tired of it, because they changed it too much, and didn't leave any challenge for grown-up players. And I almost forgot. I was born in Denmark, spend three years in Germany as a child (and learnt English and German fluently). In 2000, I moved to France with my family, and this summer, we moved to Israel. When I write articles for myself, I write them in British English, but when writing for others, I use American English, unless you ask for British. Before writing an article, I make an outline for it. Outlines are also extremely important, when writing reports and books. They are half the work done, and it keeps the flow natural. My articles normally extend the demanded word count, and I run them through WhiteSmoke (spell check and grammar) before submitting. My favourite topics are Internet marketing (including article marketing, affiliate marketing, AdSense, etc), writing, Rift, World of Warcraft, the Law of Attraction, and probably several others that I've forgotten right now :) |
