Has some good points but a lot of bad English. Sorry, I would spend an hour or two editing your article before I could use it.

I did not like the way it was written. Some of the phrases did not make much sense. 

 

Good attempt, but poor grammar. It does not flow well, is choppy, and the verb/noun agreement is off. Words are missing and ideas are thrown together but not all too coherent.
