Article is okay. This is considered a 'low fat' plan, but I wouldn't necessarily call it a "healthy" plan. Most of your meals have dairy, known to cause cancer.

Wanted more specifics on the 3 different major causes of a sugar addiction. I wanted an introduction then each cause Pyschological, Emotional and Physical discussed in detail and individually, not generalities.
