Together the work contribution of manpower makes it a big corporate category. Many of organization have the human resource category where the people look into the work contribution of the staffs. Human resources salary scales are generally high in the present era. Human resource includes many sub categories such as industrial relations, management, consulting remuneration and support. Those under the category of training and development are paid salaries in the higher scales and those under the category of consultant are paid in a comparatively lower basis. Human resources salary scale in India varies from 30, 000 to as higher as 1 crore respectively. Many multi national companies HCL, HSBC etc., have attractive salary package range for people working under the category of human resource. It varies between four lakhs to some nine lakhs. Popular human resource categories include manufacturing and distribution, information technology and management consulting and they have a package which ranges from 2 lakhs to 13 lakhs, other employers includes IBM, WIPRO, ACCENTURE, ICICI bank etc. they have their own set of salary scale range for persons working under this category respectively. In Australia and other countries the salary package varies from $ 35000 for consulting to $1, 80, 000 for the category of training and development. The main factor which contributes to the higher salary scales for the category of human resource is that it is quite a complicated industry which acts as a backbone of all activities of the corporate and industrial world. Tremendous levels of growth in the sector of human resources salary in countries other than India are indicated in the upcoming years. An interesting thing about this human resources salary scale is that, the range has tremendously increased in the past couple of years accounting to rapid growth of manpower and other technological revolutions. A recent study on the average human resource salary scale tells us that, every year we find an average of about 10 to 15% increase in the salary range in the past decade. This shows that rapid increase of manpower and available resources together had contributed to the increase in the rate of this resource which in turn had contributed tremendously to the growth rate of the average salary scale. Recent studies on various categories of resources tell us that, this human resource development indicates rapid growth levels for the decades to come. This industry proves to be a greater career starter with its huge attractive salary packages respectively. People who are recruited under this category generally comes out to be one intelligent ones because to work under it, you actually need the ability to think in a unique way combined with the sense of problem solving and decision making. Based on the level of intelligence, the human resource salary packages are set up accordingly. Thus in all aspect it is regarded one of the higher echelon category of our society. Talent does matter in order to survive in such industries.
