I suspect that either a) English is not the author's first language, or b) it is a rewrite of another article?
Responded with comment: Not spun but yes, English is not my 1st language. I know my article idea and knowledge in the relative subject is good. Sometime I find it hard to put my thoughts in fluent/correct English. Thanks for accepting.
